Due to an omission on the affidavit of identity and receipt of filing paperwork, it was necessary to declare my intent as a Write In Candidate for Sylvan Lake City Council during the November Election.  

How to Fill in a Write in Candidate on the Ballot 

for BOTH Absentee and In Person Ballot Voters

1. When you receive your ballot please write in James or Jim Cowper 
2. Then fill in the box to the left of the name James or Jim Cowper

It is imperative that both steps 1 and 2 be completed 

to secure your vote for James (Jim) Cowper.
